When we tailor a course for you, we start, of course, with the standard courses. Then, we discuss with you the content of your bespoke course, produce a syllabus, and continue to refine it until you are happy. If that means coming to see you, all the better. Then we produce the course itself, and run it past you until you are happy with what you see. If you prefer, we'll add your corporate logo and put it all in your house style.

Our experience shows that the best results are obtained where the courses are not overloaded with trainees - it is often tempting to put as many delegates as possible on a course to increase 'cost-effectiveness', but in reality this can reduce the effectiveness of training. We have found that 8 to 12 delegates as a maximum routinely provides the most effective training.
